Ms. Kezia Baidoo is a Fisheries Scientist and a Lecturer in the Department of Aquaculture and Fisheries Sciences, Faculty of Biological Sciences, University for Development Studies (UDS), Ghana, West Africa. Ms. Kezia is currently the department seminar coordinator for undergraduates and postgraduates’ students and a member of the strategic plan committee of the department. Ms. Kezia has about a decade of experience working within the fields on environmental protection and resource conservation, inland and fisheries management of Ghana. Ms. Kezia collaborates with NGO’s who are concerned with inland resources restoration and conservation to implement district level and community-based actions in achieving governance and sustainable management of inland resources in Ghana. She is a supporting member of a technical advisory committee with a responsibility is to provide scientific advice towards the implementation of Community Resources Management Area (CREMA) in Ghana. I handle courses such as Inland Fisheries, Fisheries Governance and Institutional Framework, Coastal Management, Ichthyology, Freshwater and wetland Ecology, Aquatic Flora and Fishing methods and Gear Techniques.
