The University for Development Studies invites applications from suitable and qualified academics with the following academic/research background for appointment as Lecturers, Senior Lecturers, Associate Professors and Professors to occupy vacancies in the under-listed Faculties and Schools.

A. GENERAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Applicant for the rank of Lecturer must have a PhD in a relevant area from a recognised institution. In the specific case of Clinicians, applicants must be a Fellow from a recognised training institution. 
2. Applicants for the rank of Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor or Professor: 
   1. must have a PhD in a relevant area from a recognised institution. In the specific case of Clinicians, applicants must be a Fellow from a recognised training institution. 
   2. must have been on the same rank at a University or analogous Institution with comparable standards

B. MODE OF APPLICATION

Interested candidates are required to:

1. Complete and submit the UDS Online Senior Members Academic Application Form (Form 1A) at: https://jobs.uds.edu.gh. 
2. Print out and submit ten (10) copies of the completed application summary to the Office of the Registrar, together with:
   1. Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae
   2. Copies of academic and professional certificates (including national service certificate)
