The University for Development Studies (UDS) has officially announced that its April 2026 Congregation Ceremony will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the Multipurpose Auditorium on the Tamale Campus, beginning at 10:00 a.m. prompt.
The ceremony forms part of the University’s academic calendar and will provide an opportunity to confer degrees, diplomas, and other academic awards on eligible graduands who have successfully completed their programmes of study.
In a notice issued by the University, all prospective graduands are advised to complete the necessary preparations ahead of the ceremony to ensure a smooth and orderly event. These include the payment of required graduation fees, registration and confirmation of graduation status, and the collection of academic gowns and other ceremonial materials within the stipulated timelines.
Graduands are further encouraged to familiarize themselves with the official programme and comply with all guidelines relating to seating arrangements, processions, and general conduct during the ceremony.
The University also urges graduands to arrive at the venue well ahead of time to avoid delays, as the ceremony will commence strictly at the scheduled time.
UDS remains committed to upholding the dignity and tradition of its Congregation ceremonies and calls on all stakeholders to cooperate fully to ensure a successful and memorable event.
