Mandatory Health Screening Exercise Continues

First and Second Year undergraduate and postgraduate students who are yet to complete the health screening exercise are reminded to go through the following procedure, sequentially:

1. Pay One Hundred and Fifteen Ghana Cedis (GHS 115) at ANY GCB Bank branch into the following bank account: UDS Clinic Account, 8141470000478, GCB Bank, UDS Dungu Branch

2. Log into your UCM portal to complete a Clinical History Form and book an appointment for Health Screening (which comprises chest X-ray and laboratory examinations).

3. Present your payment receipt at the X-ray unit (on Dungu Campus, behind the UDS Guesthouse) and go through a chest X-ray examination (less than 10 minutes).

4. Present your payment receipt at the laboratory examination unit either on the First Floor of the Library Block (students of Dungu and City campuses) or at the UDS Nyankpala clinic (students of Nyankpala campus), and go through laboratory tests. 

NOTE:

  1. ONLY students who have booked appointments for screening through UCM will have their results uploaded to their portals. Those who have already taken the laboratory tests (without any prior payment) are strongly advised to pay GHS 115 and proceed to book appointments for the chest X-ray examination on UCM.
