The University Relations Office (UR) of the University for Development Studies (UDS) intends to start the publication of a quarterly newsletter to be known as “THE VOICE OF UDS”
The Editorial Board of the Newsletter invites articles for publication from both Academic and Non-Academic Staff, as well as Students.
In each newsletter issue, we will publish up to four (4) submitted articles in a column to be known as “Voices from Within”

ARTICLE & SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Articles should be approximately 500 - 3,000 words.
- Please also include a title for your article.
- To submit, e-mail your article to prs@uds.edu.gh
- Include "UDS Newsletter Submission" in the subject line of your submission email.
- Include your first name, last name, and a contact e-mail address in the body of your message. Your name (but not your email) will appear in the newsletter (unless you ask to be anonymous).
- We will work with you via email to edit and proof-read your submission prior to publication.
- Articles should be sent as an attachment, in Word (doc or .docx). Please do not send in .pdf format.
- Related pictures are highly encouraged to be submitted along with your article.
- Images must fall into one of these categories: 1. your own work - i.e., you took the photograph yourself or authorized someone to do it; (2) freely licensed; (3) can be published in the public domain;
- Please email prs@uds.edu.gh with any questions.
- Attach images to the same email as your article submission.
- Include a short (1 sentence) caption of each image (where applicable)
Deadline for Submission of papers/articles is Monday, August 22, 2022
